The new nail polish trend these days is the crackle polish - its like special effects for your nails. It gives your nails a shattered or cracked look. The two most popular crackle polishes are the Black Shatter from OPI and Black Mesh from China Glaze seen below.
What you do is polish your nails with any color of your choice which serves as your base coat. Once the base dries you apply the crackle polish over it and voila you have perfectly shattered nails. Keep in mind the crackle polishes can come in different colors depending on the brand - I just chose to highlight the "black" crackle polishes.

Like it! It's sold out everywhere in Buffalo! Every time they (Ulta) get a shipment it's only a matter of hours before its gone :-(
I'm sure. It's been a hot commodity ever since they came out. I hope I can get my hands on them soon. Keeping my fingers crossed.
